Napili Beach Rental is a beautiful investment property located in Hawaii, which requires renters to help offset the cost of the investment.

Since the owners live in California, they needed an online resource center that could give them wide exposure to potential renters for their investment property. This would serve as the marketing tool to show what this property looked liked and inform clients how they could sign up to rent the vacation property.

The Napili Beach Rental staff contacted RazorTrak to create a strategic online web application solution that would increase market awareness, build a virtual tour with photos and content, and create an online booking reservation form.

RazorTrak established a strategic web presence to increase market awareness for Napili Beach Rental. The solution we provided was to work with Napili Beach Rental to develop keyword content that would drive traffic to their site from the major spider-based search engines. RazorTrak used tools to research popular keywords that users were all ready searching for that would be effective for the Napili Beach Rental project. Using strong, popular keywords and keyword phrases in the title, keywords in the main content, and keywords in the description for the metatags within the html drives traffic to the web site. RazorTrak emphasized the importance of writing content that had keywords and keyword phrases mixed throughout the site at the beginning, middle and end of each paragraph. We also worked with Napili Beach Rental staff to link these keywords to other relevant web sites. When trying to increase search engine traffic, the key is building a web site based on natural content.

We developed a virtual tour of the property to allow prospective clients to behold the beauty of this unique vacation resort. We created three separate sections for the virtual tour. The first section was devoted to the beautiful surroundings outside the condominium. The second section showcased the condominium interior and the furnishings. The third section featured a map of Napili Shores, with detailed walking trail routes and a mileage scale.

RazorTrak designed an online booking reservation form, using ColdFusion logic and error checking through server-side scripting. We also implemented a JavaScript popup calendar to choose dates. The form sends an email confirmation to the Napili Beach Rental staff and the customer.

This has been a very successful web site project, due in large part to the team approach implemented by RazorTrak and the Napili Beach Rental staff. We provided an effective solution by building an online web application that has increased market awareness and resulted in a number of visitors from around the world.
